Jamf has reported notable success metrics from its Global Partner Program one year after its launch.
The company stated that its channel strategy, focused on improving collaboration with managed service providers (MSPs) and resellers worldwide, has shown measurable results over the past twelve months. Among the key performance indicators highlighted, Jamf has recorded an over 50% year-on-year increase in partner-driven deal registration. There has also been more than a doubling in the number of partners participating in the programme compared to the previous year.
Jamf explained that these results have been driven by investments aimed at refining its channel partner operations. The introduction of streamlined processes for partner-led deal registrations has provided real-time visibility into deal status, progress, and upcoming renewals, enabling partners to engage more efficiently with customers.
Channel-driven growth
Channel-driven annual recurring revenue (ARR) now accounts for over 60% of the company's total ARR, underlining the business's continued focus on its partner network. The expansion of the Global Partner Program has increased Jamf's reach through partnerships with major resellers, carriers, MSPs, and system integrators, including CDW, SoftCat, BT, SHI, and 7th Sense.
Marc Botham, Vice President, Global Channel Sales at Jamf, comments, "Our channel partners bring invaluable knowledge and resources that enhance the customer experience, accelerate adoption, and drive long-term success for businesses. Introducing more customers through the channel allows us to scale more effectively while ensuring those customers receive localised expertise and dedicated support from our trusted partners."
The Global Partner Program now supports partners in over 70 countries, operating through a points-based system that rewards performance and provides them with resources designed to encourage growth. The programme also features the Partner Hub, which serves as a central portal for Jamf's partner community to monitor deal registrations, track renewals, complete training certifications, and access co-selling tools.
Partner perspectives
Feedback from participating partners has been positive. Kevin English, Senior Director of Modern Workplace Services at SHI, praised the changes in Jamf's partner approach, stating:
"Many transformational things are happening at Jamf right now, and it's an exciting time to be a partner. With changes to the partner program, a more consolidated channel, and new executive leadership, Jamf is creating an ecosystem more aligned with growth and innovation. These shifts position us to deliver even more value to our customers, and I fully expect my business to double or even triple in the next two years as a result."
Gavin Bell, Chief Executive Officer of Econocom Products & Solutions UK, also described the relationship with Jamf as central to his firm's UK activities. He said:
"Jamf is one of our most strategic and longstanding partners within our UK business, providing best in class solutions that meet the needs of our customers. The Global Partner Program provides us with a clear and streamlined approach to deal registration, which enables our sellers to focus on adding value to their customers that in turn drives incremental growth for our joint businesses. We continue to make significant investment in our capability to implement & manage solutions based around Jamf as part of the broader ecosystem within our customer's environments and see this as a partnership that will continue to grow over the coming years."
Industry recognition
Jamf's efforts to support and enable its partners have recently been recognised in industry awards. The company received a 5-Star Rating in the 2025 CRN Partner Program Guide, an accolade awarded to organisations with partner programmes designed around key elements that foster lasting and profitable channel partnerships.
The company stated that it is committed to maintaining its focus on the channel, and sees continued growth opportunities for both its business and for its partners worldwide as a result of the new programme's success.
