Kathryn Almendarez Marsman named Senior Vice President at Pax8
Kathryn Almendarez Marsman has been appointed Senior Vice President of Global Vendor Alliances at Pax8.
In her new position, Marsman will be responsible for managing Pax8's global vendor alliances, supporting strategic relationships, and overseeing the development of global practices and go-to-market strategies. She will report directly to Oguo Atuanya, Corporate Vice President of Vendor Experience at Pax8.
Atuanya commented on Marsman's appointment saying,

Marsman joins Pax8 after more than 25 years in global partner strategy, business transformation and market development, most recently at Microsoft. At Microsoft, she held the role of Global Leader for Scale Solution Partners in the Worldwide Global Partner Solutions organisation. In that capacity, Marsman directed a portfolio comprising some of Microsoft's largest strategic partners, guiding initiatives that contributed to substantial revenue generation for Microsoft and Azure.
During her tenure at Microsoft, Marsman's focus included driving advances across artificial intelligence, security, and the Copilot suite, with a concerted effort on accelerating partner transformation at scale. Her experience also includes several leadership roles within the Global Partner organisation and the South-Central Enterprise Sales Region, where she demonstrated strengths in building effective teams, developing enterprise-level partnerships, and consistently achieving growth targets with attention to operational efficiency.
Professional background
Marsman holds an MBA in Management from the University of Dallas, as well as a BBA in Marketing from the University of Texas at El Paso. She is a longstanding member of the University of Texas at El Paso's Business Advisory Council and has received several industry recognitions. These include the CRN Women of the Channel and numerous Microsoft awards such as the Circle of Excellence.
On her new role with Pax8, Marsman said,
