TENEX.AI has expanded its EMEA leadership team and appointed Infinigate as its first distributor in the UK and Ireland, part of the cyber security company's broader European growth push.

It has made four senior hires for the region, while the agreement with Infinigate gives it a route to market through the UK and Irish channel. The move follows TENEX.AI's USD $250 million Series B funding round earlier this year.

Piers Morgan has been appointed Senior Vice President & General Manager, International Growth and Alliances. He will lead the regional expansion alongside Phil Keeling, who joins as Enterprise Sales Director EMEA; John Quinn, Director EMEA, Channels & Partnerships; and Mark Draper, EMEA GTM Lead, Channels & Alliances.

The new appointees bring experience from established technology and cyber security companies. Keeling previously held roles at HPE, Cato Networks, Fortinet and F5, while Quinn has worked at Mastercard Cyber Intelligence, Fortinet and F5. Draper has held positions at Cato Networks, Gigamon and HPE.

Infinigate is TENEX.AI's first distributor across the UK and Ireland, with plans to extend the relationship across the rest of EMEA. The agreement is intended to support a partner-led sales strategy as the company seeks a broader presence in Europe.

Regional build-out

TENEX.AI was founded by engineers behind Google Chronicle, now Google SecOps, and focuses on security operations that combine automated analysis with human oversight. Its platform works with customers' existing Microsoft and Google security tools rather than requiring them to be replaced.

According to TENEX.AI, its AI agents triage and investigate security alerts in under a minute, while human analysts remain responsible for critical decisions. Deployments can typically be completed within seven days, it added.

The UK and Ireland expansion reflects a wider effort by cyber security vendors to grow through specialist distribution and managed service partners rather than relying solely on direct sales teams. Distributors such as Infinigate play a central role in vendor recruitment, reseller enablement and technical support across the region.

Through the partnership, the two companies plan to provide training, demonstrations and joint marketing support for partners. They also aim to help partners build managed security services around TENEX.AI's security operations offering.

Morgan said the investment reflects both the company's commitment to the region and its channel-led approach.

"Security teams everywhere are facing the same fundamental challenge: attacks are moving faster and generating more work than human teams alone can realistically manage," said Piers Morgan, Senior Vice President & General Manager, International Growth and Alliances, TENEX.AI. "Our investment in the UK and wider EMEA market reflects the huge opportunity we see for partners looking to help customers modernise security operations without replacing the technology they've already invested in. Bringing together an experienced regional team alongside Infinigate's channel expertise gives us a strong platform for long-term growth across Europe.

"We believe the future of security operations is AI working alongside experienced people, not replacing them. Partners have an opportunity to deliver measurable security outcomes while continuing to build trusted customer relationships."

Infinigate said the addition broadens its cyber security portfolio in the UK.

"Infinigate is recognised for its deep cybersecurity specialism and commitment to bringing innovative, relevant solutions to the IT channel. Adding TENEX.AI's agentic security operations to our UK portfolio strengthens our ability to help partners address customers' increasingly complex security challenges, while creating new opportunities for them to differentiate, grow services revenue and deliver faster, more effective protection against evolving cyber threats," said Gordon Lyon, Sales Director, Infinigate UK&I.

Channel focus

The appointment of a dedicated EMEA team suggests TENEX.AI is establishing a local operating structure rather than managing the region remotely from the US. For security companies entering Europe, relationships with distributors and resellers often determine how quickly they can reach enterprise buyers, particularly in fragmented national markets.

Infinigate has built its business around specialist cyber security distribution across EMEA and ANZ. For TENEX.AI, appointing a first distributor in the UK and Ireland provides access to an established network of partners and customers in one of Europe's more mature cyber security markets.

The company serves enterprise customers using Google and Microsoft security environments. Its market pitch centres on handling large volumes of alerts through automation while retaining human review for high-stakes decisions.

TENEX.AI is backed by investors including Crosspoint Capital Partners, Shield Capital, DTCP, Deepwork Capital and the Florida Opportunity Fund, with an earlier seed round led by Andreessen Horowitz. The latest regional appointments and the Infinigate agreement mark its first formal distribution step in the UK and Ireland.
